BBQ Beef
Ingredients
- 1 pound (450g) of beef strip steak
- 1/2 Korean pear, pureed
- 1/4 medium onion, pureed
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp (5g) ginger, minced
- 2 small green onions, chopped
- 2 tbs (30ml) soy sauce
- 2 tbs (30g) brown sugar
- 1 Pinch ground black pepper
- 1 tbs (15ml) Sesame oil
- 2 carrots, thinly sliced
Step 1 - Prepping the Beef
- Combine all ingredients, mix well and toss beef and carrots until fully coated.
- Cover and refrigerate for 2-3 hours
- Grill on high heat.
- Serve with a selection of Banchan
