Ingredients

  • 4oz (5g) dried gosari

  • 1 tsp (5ml) sesame seed oil

  • Salt, to taste

Prep and Cook the gosari

  • In a large saucepan add gosari to 5-6 cups (1 liter) of water.

  • Boil 20-30 minutes in covered pan.

  • Remove from heat and leave covered for 1-2 hours.

  • Drain and rinse in cold water several times.

  • Place in bowl of cold water for 2 hours, then rinse and refreshe water.

  • Repeat this process 3 more times.

  • Drain and coat in sesame oil.

  • Salt to taste.
