Ingredients
4oz (5g) dried gosari
1 tsp (5ml) sesame seed oil
Salt, to taste
Prep and Cook the gosari
In a large saucepan add gosari to 5-6 cups (1 liter) of water.
Boil 20-30 minutes in covered pan.
Remove from heat and leave covered for 1-2 hours.
Drain and rinse in cold water several times.
Place in bowl of cold water for 2 hours, then rinse and refreshe water.
Repeat this process 3 more times.
Drain and coat in sesame oil.
Salt to taste.
