Greek Salad Dressing
Ingredients
- 1/4 (60ml) cup olive oil
- 2 Tbs (30ml) fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbs (15ml) red wine vinegar
- 1 clove garlic , minced
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Serves 2-4
Step 1 - Prepare the Dressing
Combine all ingredients in bowl or jar, except oil.
Mix ingredients with whisk in bowl, or shake in jar.
Add oil and mix or shake thoroughly.
Set aside in refrigerator.
Step 2 - Toss your Salad
Toss with Romaine, Iceburg or Greens Mix
Add red onions, tomoatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, Feta, capers, croutons....
Serve!
