Kimchijeon
Kimchi Pancake
Ingredients
3-5 whole Kimchi, chopped
1 Small onion, chopped
1 tsp (5g) sugar
1/2 cup (60g)
1/3 cup (80ml) water
Pinch of salt
Vegetable oil
Basic Kimchi Pancake
Mix Kimchi, Kimchi juice, water, chopped onion, flour, sugar and salt until “batter-like”.
Pour 3/4 cup (180ml) batter into medium high pan coated with oil.
Spread evenly and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned, then flip and cook 1-2 more minutes.
Serve!
