Kimchijeon

Kimchi Pancake 

Ingredients

  • 3-5 whole Kimchi, chopped

  • 1 Small onion, chopped

  • 1 tsp (5g) sugar

  • 1/2 cup (60g)

  • 1/3 cup (80ml) water

  • Pinch of salt

  • Vegetable oil

 

Basic Kimchi Pancake

  • Mix Kimchi, Kimchi juice, water, chopped onion, flour, sugar and salt until “batter-like”.

  • Pour 3/4 cup (180ml) batter into medium high pan coated with oil.

  • Spread evenly and cook for 1-2 minutes until lightly browned, then flip and cook 1-2 more minutes.

    Serve!
