Sukjunamul-muchim
Mung Bean Sprouts
Ingredients
1 pound (450g) mung bean sprouts
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tsp (10ml) fish sauce
2 green onions, chopped
1 Tbs (15ml) sesame oil
1 tsp (5ml) sesame seeds
Pinch of salt
Prepare the Mung Bean Sprouts:
Blanch and drain sprouts.
Mix with garlic, green onion, fish sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and salt.
Set on platter for serving.
