Mung Bean Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 1 pound (450g) mung bean sprouts

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tsp (10ml) fish sauce

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 Tbs (15ml) sesame oil

  • 1 tsp (5ml) sesame seeds

  • Pinch of salt

 

Prepare the Mung Bean Sprouts:

  • Blanch and drain sprouts.

  • Mix with garlic, green onion, fish sauce, sesame oil, sesame seeds and salt.

  • Set on platter for serving.
