Ox-bone Soup and Egg
Ingredients
1 cup (230ml) of Oxbone Soup
1 Egg, overeasy
1 Jalapeno pepper, cliced
1 Scallion, chopped
Step 1 - Prepping the Ox Bones (Boil # 1)
Heat soup on stovetop.
Fry egg to your preference and place in hot soup.
Garnish with peppers and onions to taste.
