Ox-bone Soup and Egg  

Ingredients

  • 1 cup (230ml) of Oxbone Soup

  • 1 Egg, overeasy

  • 1 Jalapeno pepper, cliced

  • 1 Scallion, chopped

 

Step 1 - Prepping the Ox Bones (Boil # 1)

  • Heat soup on stovetop.

  • Fry egg to your preference and place in hot soup.

  • Garnish with peppers and onions to taste.
