Red Peppers
Ingredients
1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
2 green onions, thinly sliced
3 Tbs (45ml) soy sauce
1 Tbs (15ml) sesame oil
1 tsp (5g) salt
1 tsp (5g) sugar
1 Tbs (15ml) vinegar
3 Garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp (5g) hot pepper powder
Prepare the Red Peppers:
Mix soy, sesame oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, garlic and hot pepper.
Pour over peppers and onions.
Stir until peppers and onions are fully coated.
Place on serving platter.
