Red Peppers

Ingredients

  • 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced

  • 3 Tbs (45ml) soy sauce

  • 1 Tbs (15ml) sesame oil

  • 1 tsp (5g) salt

  • 1 tsp (5g) sugar

  • 1 Tbs (15ml) vinegar

  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 tsp (5g) hot pepper powder

 

Prepare the Red Peppers:

  • Mix soy, sesame oil, salt, sugar, vinegar, garlic and hot pepper.

  • Pour over peppers and onions.

  • Stir until peppers and onions are fully coated.

  • Place on serving platter.
