Ingredients
2 Tbs (18g) raw sugar
4 Tbs (60ml) soy sauce
4 Tbs (60ml) water
4 Tbs (60ml) rice vinegar
1/2 tsp garlic, minced
1/2 tsp +/- Korean chili flakes
1/2 green onion, thinly sliced
Tip: There are several variations of this sauce. Use any combination of flavors you'd like. Other flavors include:
Sesame oil
1 red chili, thinly sliced
Fish sauce
Make the sauce
Add, sugar, liquids and spices to a mixing bowl. Whisk til combined.
Garnish with green onion.
