dipping sauces 

Ingredients

 

  • 2 Tbs (18g) raw sugar

  • 4 Tbs (60ml) soy sauce

  • 4 Tbs (60ml) water

  • 4 Tbs (60ml) rice vinegar

  • 1/2 tsp garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tsp +/- Korean chili flakes

  • 1/2 green onion, thinly sliced

Tip: There are several variations of this sauce. Use any combination of flavors you'd like. Other flavors include:

  • Sesame oil

  • 1 red chili, thinly sliced

  • Fish sauce

Make the sauce

  • Add, sugar, liquids and spices to a mixing bowl. Whisk til combined.

  • Garnish with green onion.
