Spicy Dipping Sauce Base
Ingredients
- 6 Tbs (90ml) soy sauce
- 3 Tbs (45ml) water
- 1 Tbs (15ml) rice vinegar
- 1 Tbs (15ml) sesame oil
- 1 Tbs (15g) white sugar
- 1⁄4 tsp (dash) ground black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 bunch green onion, chopped
Optional:
- 1 Tbs (15ml) red pepper paste (Gochujang)
Mix, Rest and Serve
- Combine all ingredients.
- Allow to rest for 60 minutes, refrigerated .
- Serve as Mandu, Stuffed Mushroom or Kimchi Pancake dipping sauce.
