Spicy Fried Chicken sauce
Ingredients
- 1 Tbs (15g) peanut oil
- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup (125ml) ketchup
- 1/3 cup (80ml) hot pepper paste
- 1/2 cup (125m) rice syrup
- 1 Tbs (15m) cider vinegar
Mix, Rest and Serve
- Saute garlic in oil until translucent.
- Add ketchup, rice syrup, hot pepper paste and vinegar, turn pan to low.
- Stir and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
Use for Wings, Chicken, Catfish.....the sky is the limit....be creative!
