Spicy Fried Chicken sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbs (15g) peanut oil 
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup (125ml) ketchup
  • 1/3 cup (80ml) hot pepper paste 
  • 1/2 cup (125m) rice syrup 
  • 1 Tbs (15m) cider vinegar
 

Mix, Rest and Serve

  • Saute garlic in oil until translucent. 
  • Add ketchup, rice syrup, hot pepper paste and vinegar, turn pan to low.
  • Stir and simmer for 6-8 minutes.

Use for Wings, Chicken, Catfish.....the sky is the limit....be creative!
