Tzatzíki

Cucumber, Dill and Yogurt

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500ml) Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 Cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped              
  • 1 tsp (2ml) salt                                                                 
  • 1/2 lemon. juiced only                                                 Serve with Pita Bread or Souvlaki
  • 2 Tbs (30ml) Fresh Dill, finely chopped

Serves 4-6

 

Assemble Ingredients

  • Combine all ingredients in bowl

  • Best if made 3 hours ahead of serving

  • Chill for 3 hours or overnight, covered

  • Serve with Pita Bread or Souvlaki or fresh vegetables
